The people behind Tre Vita

Tre Vita began as a family connection, where people bound by blood share not only responsibility, but also memories, an upbringing, and early observations closely tied to bamboo and rattan craftsmanship. The founders of Tre Vita are brothers who grew up in an environment where bamboo, rattan, and handmade objects were not distant ideas, but a natural part of everyday life. Craft existed around them as part of living spaces, daily routines, and labor long before it was defined as a value or an identity. This shared background formed a strong bond between the founders, built on trust accumulated over time rather than on short-term agreements. Building Tre Vita together did not stem from the idea of a traditional family-run business, but from a shared desire to preserve the craft in a more deliberate way. Preservation, in this sense, does not mean maintaining the past unchanged, but reorganizing the craft so it can continue within a significantly changed context. Tre Vita emerged as a response to the fragmentation and lack of direction often seen in handcrafted products today. The founders believe that when craft exists only as individual inspiration—without structure or long-term vision—it gradually loses its strength. From this family foundation and shared conviction, Tre Vita chose a more demanding path: preserving the spirit of bamboo and rattan craftsmanship while placing it within a clear framework capable of sustaining growth.

Alongside its family foundation, Tre Vita is built on hands-on experience in co-founding and operating export-oriented OEM manufacturing businesses. Prior to establishing Tre Vita, the founders were directly responsible for building operational systems, organizing production, implementing quality control processes, and working with international markets that demand discipline, consistency, and long-term accountability. This experience goes beyond execution, reflecting the role of decision-makers responsible for overall operational outcomes. This background allows Tre Vita to approach bamboo and rattan craftsmanship not only through emotion or memory, but with the mindset of founders accustomed to building systems, balancing resources, and maintaining stability within export-driven production environments. It directly shapes how Tre Vita organizes production and develops products from the outset.

Within the partnership, one founder focuses on business leadership, operational structure, and export markets, while the other brings years of hands-on experience working directly with factories and integrating production systems. This division of roles is not symbolic, but reflects how Tre Vita operates—each decision grounded in practical understanding and clear responsibility. Family connection within Tre Vita does not result in informality or emotional decision-making. Instead, shared trust reduces conflicts of interest and allows the founding team to concentrate on building systems and developing the brand with consistency and long-term focus.

Beyond its founders, Tre Vita is shaped through collaboration with skilled artisans, product developers, and those responsible for organizing production processes. Each brings a distinct perspective, yet all share a common commitment to responsibility, care, and long-term thinking. Tre Vita believes that when family trust is aligned with founder-level operational capability, the brand gains not only internal strength, but also the stability required to build lasting relationships with partners and clients. This forms the foundation for Tre Vita’s commitment to preserving and developing bamboo and rattan craftsmanship in a sustainable way.
